Laboissonniere is due in Vancouver provincial court this morning after pleading guilty to taking part in the June 2011 riot.
In return, a second charge of break and enter was dropped.During a sentencing hearing in May, Crown counsel called for a two year conditional sentence, along with probation and community service for the former Miss Congeniality.
Over the last two years, 149 people have entered guilty pleas for participating in the riot and 102 have received sentences ranging from discharges to more than a year in jail.
Only one person, a 26-year-old man, has been convicted at trial after online video footage showed him using a street barricade to smash a storefront window during the rampage, but trials are currently scheduled for 15 other suspects.
